After a stroke, I couldn't write or speak clearly. I felt awful. After Nutrition Response Testing, my muscles on my face, hand, and right leg have relaxed. My blood pressure is almost normal, I am better. My speech is improved. I feel good!!!

One thing I really learned through this program is how important nutrition is and the value of Standard Process supplements. What we eat does affect us more than we know especially the way our food and supplements are processed theses days. I learned to discipline myself to have a healthy diet. It wasn't always easy, but I knew I wanted to get better and I was going to do what it took!
I now sleep very well, and I don't wake up for 2-3 hours not being able to get back to sleep. My food allergies are way less. I lost weight (body fat and water retention). The organs that were stressed are now doing much better, and I finally feel normal again. I have no doubt that this would not have occurred without the help of Able Body Nutrition and the techniques that Josie uses.
