Hello, I'm Josie Steuart

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner

Through her college years and into adult life, Josie Steuart dealt with allergies and chronic fatigue issues. After marriage, she experienced two difficult pregnancies and two children who experienced frequent earaches and recurring bronchitis. When both her kids developed health challenges, anxiety, and learning issues as they grew, she realized something needed to be done.

After taking them to a number of healthcare and learning professionals with little improvement, she took matters into her own hands and enrolled in the Nutritional Therapy Association Program, graduating in 2003 as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She revamped her family's eating habits substantially and brought about some noticeable improvements. Just changing the emphasis at breakfast from the usual carbohydrates (cereal, toast, juice) to healthy fats and proteins yielded strong results. Yet, even with these dietary changes, it was clear that there was room for further improvement.

Continued research lead Josie to Nutrition Response Testing® and Ulan Nutritional Systems, Inc. There, she embarked on the extensive Advanced Clinical Training curriculum with Dr. Ulan, DC, and learned how to apply the program's Designed Clinical Nutrition recommendations. She received her Advanced Clinical Certification in 2008. This training provided Josie with a functional approach to overall health and well being. She personally embraced the new healing modality for her clients as well as for lingering issues with her own health. As her client's health improved, she knew there was hope and real help for everyone to regain health without using drugs.

Josie now eats a traditional/paleo/primal type diet, takes whole food supplements daily, drinks plenty of bone broth, water, herbal teas, and gets chiropractic adjustments. She still follows a nutrition program and will continue to do so.

Today, Josie's goal is to help her clients regain their highest levels of health, both physical and cognitive. She uses Nature's healthcare pharmacy of whole foods and whole food nutritional supplements to address a wide variety of health challenges, instead of resorting to drugs or surgeries which can have serious negative side effects. She strives to improve the quality of life for every client. Josie looks forward to having the opportunity to help you and your family achieve maximum health. Whether it’s migraines, autoimmune disease, Lyme disease, digestive problems, acne, allergies, eczema, or any other illness, there is hope.
